Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Oatmeal
- 1 Banana
- 2 Whole Eggs
- ½ Cup Egg Whites
- 4tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Scoops Iso-Splash Whey Protein
- 2tbsp Flax Meal
- 1tsp Cinnamon Bun Iso-Splash
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients (blender)
- Lightly coat non-stick pan with cooking spray (Pam)
- Pour mixture into pan – Medium Heat
- Cook 2-3min or until edges are dry
- Flip and cook for 1min
