Cinnamon Bun Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 Cup Oatmeal1 Banana
2 Whole Eggs½ Cup Egg Whites
4tsp Baking Powder
2 Scoops Iso-Splash Whey Protein
2tbsp Flax Meal
1tsp Cinnamon Bun Iso-Splash
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients (blender)
2. Lightly coat non-stick pan with cooking spray (Pam)
3. Pour mixture into pan – Medium Heat
4. Cook 2-3min or until edges are dry
5. Flip and cook for 1min
